• Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, hairspray, and cleaning products, as chemicals can dull finishes and loosen gemstones.

Cleaning at Home

• Gently clean your pieces using a soft toothbrush, warm water, and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth.
• Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that may damage metals or gemstones.

Items may be eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met.
Eligible items must:
- Be in original, unworn condition
- Include all original packaging and documentation
- Not be altered, resized, or customized in any way
