Returns & Exchanges
We are pleased to offer complimentary return and exchange services for eligible purchases.
Items may be eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

- Be in their original, unworn condition.
- Include all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying documentation.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Not have been resized, engraved, customized, or modified in any way.

- Custom-designed pieces, special orders, engraved items, and personalized jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.
- Cohinoor & Co. reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
