Yes. Cohinoor & Co. stands behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry and offers a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, improper care, or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Yes. Our diamonds are accompanied by certifications from reputable gemological laboratories, including GIA, when applicable. We exclusively use ethically sourced natural diamonds selected for their exceptional beauty and quality.
In addition, all Cohinoor & Co. creations are accompanied by a Cohinoor & Co. authenticity card, issued after a thorough certification process with the Diamond Gemological Laboratory of America (DGLA), ensuring every piece meets our standards of quality and authenticity.
Absolutely. Bespoke design is at the heart of Cohinoor & Co. We work closely with our clients throughout the design process to create one-of-one pieces, from engagement rings to heirloom-worthy fine jewelry. Clients are actively involved at every stage—from initial concept and stone selection to design development and final approval—ensuring each piece is a true reflection of their vision. Every creation is brought to life through exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful collaboration.

Care and Repair FAQ
Yes. We offer professional jewelry cleaning and inspections to help maintain the beauty and longevity of your pieces.
We are happy to evaluate non-Cohinoor pieces and provide guidance on repair or restoration options. While we do not directly service or restore non-Cohinoor jewelry in-house, we can assess your piece and provide appropriate recommendations for trusted next steps based on its condition and needs.
For everyday wear, we recommend professional cleaning and inspection every six to twelve months to ensure your jewelry remains in excellent condition and that all stones and settings remain secure.
For at-home care, light cleaning can be done monthly or as needed to maintain brilliance between professional cleanings.
If your jewelry becomes damaged, discontinue wearing it and contact us as soon as possible. Prompt inspection can often prevent further damage or stone loss.
Engraving FAQ
Yes. Select Cohinoor & Co. pieces can be customized with engraving, depending on the design, material, and available space.
Complimentary engraving may be available on select pieces. For more intricate or custom engraving requests, additional fees may apply.
Engraving timelines vary depending on the piece and level of customization. Our team will provide a clear estimated completion time at the time of your order.
No, we currently do not offer engraving services for non-Cohinoor pieces.
No. Because engraving is a personalized service, all engraved pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
